Shipping & Delivery

All products are carefully packed by hand and shipped from Germany.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within [1–3 business days] after payment has been received.

For personalized orders or custom-made items, the processing time may be longer. The exact timeframe will be discussed individually before the order is completed.

Shipping Area

Shipping is currently available to:

  • Germany

  • Austria

  • Hungary

  • other EU countries on request

If your country is not available during checkout, please contact me before placing your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart or during the checkout process.

The shipping cost depends on the size, weight, and destination country of the order.

Shipping Providers

Depending on the size and weight of the order, shipping is carried out with Deutsche Post, DHL, or a comparable shipping provider.

After dispatch, you will receive tracking information if available.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, the usual delivery time is approximately:

  • Germany: [2–5 business days]

  • EU countries: [5–10 business days]

Please note that delays may occur, especially before holidays or during periods of high shipping volume.

Packaging

I pack every product carefully so that it arrives safely. Fragile items such as mandala stones, mugs, or wall mandalas are protected accordingly.

Damaged Delivery

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible after receiving the delivery.

In this case, please send me:

  • a photo of the damaged item,

  • a photo of the packaging,

  • your order number.

This allows me to check the case and find a solution together with you.

Pick-up

Personal pick-up is only possible by prior arrangement.

Payment Methods

The available payment methods are shown during the checkout process.

The order will be processed after payment has been received.

VAT Notice

According to § 19 UStG, VAT is not shown.
